Shipping and Returns
A flat rate $12.95 for shipping applies to all orders within Australia.
Click and Collect service is available for stocked items. Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Lane Cove. Once we have received your order, we will email you to arrange a suitable day and time for collection.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All stocked items are shipped within 2-5 business days after an order is placed via courier and requires 'signature on delivery'. Please make note at checkout if you request 'authority to leave'.
BLOOM BOUGIE candles are carefully inspected and packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns are only applicable on purchases made directly through BLOOM BOUGIE online store. Please email bloombougie@gmail.com with proof of purchase within 7 days from receiving your parcel. We will exchange/refund less shipping costs. Products must be unused and in the same condition they were sent/received. BLOOM BOUGIE is not responsible for and will not accept the return of any item that is not returned in a new and unused condition. It is a requirement that the items be sent using Registered post. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
SALE ITEMS
BLOOM BOUGIE do not accept returns on any products purchased on sale.
TRACKING
Once parcels have been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive tracking information via email. Any lost, stolen or damaged parcels are to be raised directly through Sendle or the courier via your tracking information. BLOOM BOUGIE takes no responsibility for any incorrect or insufficient shipping address details supplied on purchase resulting in lost or missing parcels. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information to ensure you are able to follow updates from the select Courier or Australia Post. Please check your junk mail for tracking information emails.
